Welding Technology Expert
We are looking for a new colleague to support welding supervision at a manufacturing plant, who will provide continuous on-site supervision for one of our key customers as a supplement to our current services. The place of work is Budapest.
Welding Expert Engineering Ltd. is a Hungarian-owned company established with the aim of providing its Customers with services of outstanding professionalism in the field of welding.
Tasks:
- Professional support for the work of the welding coordinator,
- providing welding supervision, professional support for the plant, and handling deviations arising during production,
- active participation in the development and improvement of welding technologies,
- active cooperation with the plant in organizing welding examinations,
- preparation of welding and inspection plans based on the technical descriptions/specifications of the Customer's Clients,
- conducting customer audits related to welding and supporting other inspections,
- participation in quality management tasks.
Expectations:
- Mechanical engineering degree,
- at least 2 years of professional experience in welding,
- Independent and proactive work with the support of the welding coordinator, practical mindset.
Advantage:
- Welding engineer, welding technologist qualification,
- knowledge of the EN ISO 15614 and EN ISO 9606 series of standards, as well as the EN ISO 14732 standard,
- knowledge of English and/or German.
