Conformity Assessment
As a NoBo expert, we perform workshop-, product-, technology-, and personnel certification in accreditation or designation-based procedures in accordance with European directives, impartially and to a high professional standard for Manufacturers and Constructors.
As a Notified Body Expert
The basis of the conformity assessment activity carried out at manufacturing and construction companies is Regulation 305/2011/EU and Directives 2014/68/EU and 2014/29/EU. We carry out the following activities as an appointed Notified Body expert on behalf of certification company(s) in an accredited procedure or on the basis of appointment:
It is important to emphasize that the NoBo expert activity is separate from the other activities in such a way that we do not undertake any other activity or service for the companies for which we perform NoBo expert activity for reasons of impartiality and ethics.

Workshop Certification
Conducting welding workshop certification according to ISO 3834 standard,
Certification of suitability for use according to the 8/2018. (VIII. 17.) ITM Decree,
Certification of manufacturer suitability according to 44/2016. (XI. 28.) NGM Decree, Directive 2014/68/EU (module G, B+F),
Certification of suitability according to 216/2019. (IX. 5.) Government Decree (production, on-site technological installation, modification, repair, cleaning, leakage test and periodic control test),
Certification of manufacturer suitability according to AD 2000-Mbl. HP 0 (within the framework of a nonaccredited procedure),
Certification of welding plant suitability according to EN 1090-1 standard per Regulation 305/2011/EU,
Conducting the certification procedure for manufacturers of railway vehicles and components according to the EN 15085 standard within the framework of an accredited procedure,
Conducting the material identification markings transfer audit.
Product Certification
Conducting product certification activities in accordance with 44/2016. (XI. 28.) NGM Decree, 2014/68/EU and 2014/29/EU Directives, final acceptance of pressure equipment and simple pressure vessels, supervision of pressure testing and preparation for the issuance of CE certificates, preparation of certification decision-making,
Issuance of a raw material certificate (Type 3.2 inspection certificate) according to EN 10204 standard,
Countersigning of PMA (Particular Material Appraisal) sheets in connection with the completion of final acceptance of pressure equipment,
Stamping of the equipment during the final acceptance of pressure equipment,
Certification of a Factory Production Control (FPC) organization according to the EN 1090-2 standard per Regulation 305/2011/EU, (certification of steel structure manufacturers),
Certification of a Factory Production Control (FPC) organization according to the EN 1090-3 standard per Regulation 305/2011/EU, (certification of aluminum structure manufacturers),
Third party product acceptance, carrying out conformity assessment based on unit inspection (e.g. according to 213/2019 (VIII. 27.) Government Decree).
Technology Certification
Conducting welding technology qualifications on the basis of appointment and within the framework of an accredited procedure,
Conducting brazing technology qualifications on the basis of appointment and within the framework of an accredited procedure,
Conducting bending technology qualifications based on Annex A of EN 12952-5 standard,
Conducting a welding technology work probe and issuing a test report based on AD 2000-Mbl. HP 5/2,
Proof of compliance of welding technology qualifications according to chapter 3.1.2 of Annex I of Directive 2014/68/EU, and certification of welding technological conformity according to chapter 4.10 of the OAH Directive.
Personnel Certification
Qualification of welding personnel based on the ISO 9606 series of standards,
Certification of welding machine operators and adjusters based on the ISO 14732 standard,
Training and examining of material testers, proof of conformity according to chapter 3.1.2 of Annex I of Directive 2014/68/EU,
Examination and proof of compliance of welding personnel according to chapter 3.1.2 of Annex I of Directive 2014/68/EU, and proof of suitability according to chapter 4.10 of the OAH Directive.
