Government Decree 216/2019 (IX. 5.) stipulates the employment of tank inspection specialists in the manufacture and installation of tanks for storing hazardous materials. Our services provide expert support to our partners in meeting these requirements.
Government Decree 216/2019 (IX. 5.)
manufacturers and contractors who manufacture, install, repair and modify storage tanks and storage facilities for hazardous liquids and meltings must employ a tank inspection specialist in order to meet the personnel requirements.
Companies performing cleaning, leakage testing and periodic inspection must also employ a vessel examination specialist in order to fulfill the system of regulations detailed in Annex 2 of the Government Decree.
In accordance with the Governmental Decree, we have put together the following service package for our existing and future Customers:
Conducting the necessary technical inspections in the field of production and on-site technological installation of aboveground standing cylindrical storage tanks, in accordance with the ISO 14015 / API 650 standard,
Checking and continuous supervision of the existence of the material conditions according to Annex 7 of 1/2016 (I. 5) NGM Decree , and Annex 2 of 216/2019. (IX. 5.) Government Decree, as well as proposing their replacement in the event of any deficiencies that may arise,
supervising the company in terms of aboveground standing cylindrical storage tank production and on-site installation, proposing necessary measures and supporting decision-making activities,
visual inspection of storage tanks under construction, holding mid-production inspections and supervision of on-site installation work, determining and monitoring necessary measures,
reviewing and assisting in the compilation of the transfer documentation for storage tanks.
The above list can of course be expanded according to individual needs,
as the quality culture, areas of activity, and welded products of Manufacturers and Contractors are company-specific.
